Cristal is

Cristal 708 is a "3A" floorplan
which has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2000 sq ft interior space and a spacious
620 sq ft wrap-around balcony.
The master bedroom has direct access to the main balcony through separate
sliding glass doors. The second master
bedroom offers its own private balcony.
Both of the master
bedrooms have their own full bathrooms with soaker tub, walk-in shower, and
double sinks.
The third bathroom
is located next to the 3rd bedroom with hallway access,
this bath has a walk-in shower and single sink.
King size bed in
master, King size bed in 2nd bedroom, and Queen-over-King bunk bed in 3rd
bedroom. All have top-quality Sealy Posturepedic mattress sets.
Sectional sofa in
living room converts to queen size sleeper bed.
Patio has a large
dining table with 6 chairs, a pub-height 4-seater table, couch and coffee
table, and also a cushioned chaise lounge chairs great for reading or napping.
Condo has 3 separate air conditioning zones and 3 ceiling fans for your
comfort.
Digital alarm clock in each bedroom.
52 LCD TV in LR and 32 LCD TVs in each bedroom.
Each TV is accompanied by a
5.1 channel 1000 watt surround sound home theatre system which also plays
music CD's.
Living room also
has a stereo set which can receive AM/FM and also plays music CD's.
Desktop personal computer with 22" LCD monitor and complimentary highspeed internet.
A digital safe is
installed so you can lock up your valuables while enjoying the beach and
pools. The safe is located in the master
bedroom closet.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware,
and utensils.
Kitchen has major
appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, oven with rangetop, microwave oven, and dishwasher.
Kitchen is also
well equipped with small appliances including toaster oven, regular popup
toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, and spice rack.
Cordless phones are located in each of the two main bedrooms, Cisco dataphone is in kitchen.
4-step reverse-osmosis water purification system supplies kitchen drinking
water tap and ice-maker.
Laundry room has full-size washer and dryer plus laundry sink.

Must be 25 or older to reserve at Las Palomas (will be verified by Las
Palomas during guest registration)
No smoking inside condo, no pets allowed
Guests must obey all resort rules
Number of occupants limited to 10 persons (sleeps 8 with privacy, additional
2 persons can sleep on the queen size pull-out sofa bed)
